We welcome outings at selected times every day of the week. Outing rates include a $5 per person Merchandise Prize Fund from the Pro Shop. You may distibute the full value of the Prize Fund as gift certificates for merchandise in any denomination you choose. By purchasing your golf prizes from the Pinecrest Pro Shop, your outing members will enjoy competitive pricing and the privilege of making any exchanges or selections the day of the outing.
Please expect all golfers in your outing to complete 18 holes in 4 hours and 15 minutes as required by our Pace of Play Marshals.

Pinecrest has a large grass tee driving range with two target greens and a practice sand and chipping area positioned near the 1st and 10th tees.

Our new Clubhouse has banquet seating for up 220 people indoors and can provide a variety of food to your golfers as they relax. The Pinecrest staff will also provide your outing with proximity markers (longest drive, closest to the pin, etc).

The Pace of Play of your outing will be monitored. Essentially we require each four-some to maintain pace with the group ahead - about 4 and 1/4 hours for 18 holes. It is our position that all golfers have the right to a reasonable pace of play, even if they are playing behind a golf outing.

Outing chairman can earn free golf for themselves.  The more golfers you have in your outing, the more free golf you get to play.  The chart explains how the free rounds are earned:

20-27 players - 1 free round, 28-35 players - 2 free rounds, 36-43 players - 3 free rounds, 44-51 players - 4 free rounds, 52-59 players - 5 free rounds, 60-67 players - 6 free rounds, 68-75 rounds - 7 free rounds, and 76 and more players - 8 free rounds.

Your group is considered an outing only if the $5.00 prize fund is collected from each player.  The size of your group is based only on the number of paid players.  Your free round(s), cart included, may be used anytime on any weekday, and after 1:00 on weekends or holidays.  The free round(s) will be mailed after the outing and thus may not be used the day of your outing.  For any group of 44 or more players, Pinecrest will, in addition to the free rounds to the outing chairman, donate a foursome to the outing as an outing prize.  If you have multiple groups of less than 44 players in a calender year, the rounds may be added together to then receive the donated foursome.
